Rock and Surf Fishing
Fishing licences are available at the
local post office in St Francis Bay. Their
offices are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm
and Saturday from 8am to 1 pm.
Boat licences for the river and canals
must be obtained from the local municipal
offices or from the representative at the small
boat harbour on the canals. Also available at
Friendly Supermarket.

Alikreukel 63.5mm - 5 per day
Black Mussels - 25 per day
Blood Worms - 5 per day
Octopus - 2 per day
Oysters min size 5.1 cm - a maximum of 25 per
day
Prawns - 50 per day
Pencil bait - 20 per day
Red Bait - 2 kg maximum mass
Venus ear minimum size 3.2 cm - a maximum number
of 10 per day.
